Do I have to do the face to face practical?

No. You can work though the modules and do the practical yourself if you would prefer not to attend face to face. All of the content is provided in the online modules. The face to face workshops are free and a great addition if you can make it to one, why not!
If I have a question about the content, who do I ask?

How long will I get access to the content?

You will get access for 12 months from date of purchase.
How many weeks pregnant would you recommend people start the course?

Any time from 20 weeks is a good idea. Most will start the content between the 28- and 32-week mark.
How long does the online content take to complete?

It takes just under 3 hours to fully complete the content.
Do I need to book my partner into the practical workshop as well?

No. One booking is required per couple. So just book yourself in and we will find out who you are bringing along later.
Do the practical workshops cost more?

No, they do not. They are included in the price of the online modules. How good!

How do I know if there is space in the fact to face practical I want to do?

All practicals have space in them unless it says FULL next to them.
How do I book into the practical?

You need to purchase the course first and then you are taken to a page that has the link to book into the practical.
Can I claim on my health fund?

We can give you a receipt that you can send to your health fund after you complete the face to face practical however it is up to your health fund if you can claim or not, they are all a bit different.
